George Washington U. Fills Computer Labs with Listening Centers

George Washington University needed a solution to a unique problem faced by multimedia computer labs throughout the world.  

Their problem: How do we allow multiple users to connect headphones to a single computer, while giving them immediate control of the computer's sound level?

Their solution: GWU purchased hundreds of Listening Post 1x2 Listening Centers for use in all its computer labs across campus.  They mounted a Listening Post under the front lip of each computer desk in each lab.  This gives students easy access to multiple headphone jacks as well as an integrated volume control.
